Street food reel - Aafrin-Final.mp4
I brought MillD atta to a street food vendor and asked him, in English, to make litti chokha with it. He says yes.
The brief expected me to speak to the vendor in the regional language — the "natural" choice on paper. I chose English instead, deliberately. A vendor understanding and responding in English, comfortably, on camera, says something the brand never has to state out loud: this fits into everyday life, without friction, for anyone. It's proof by demonstration instead of proof by claim — the same instinct behind the whole brand idea, just applied to language instead of flour.
This wasn't a universally popular call internally — the head had reservations before it went out. The founders loved it once they saw it. I stood behind the choice because I could explain exactly what it was doing, not just that it felt right.
